Refund policy

As our products are food items and perishable in nature, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we will be happy to assist you in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the order
  • Spoiled or unusable product upon delivery

Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Refunds & Replacements

If your complaint is verified and approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (in eligible cases)

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services
  • Minor differences in appearance (handmade products)
  • Improper storage after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.
